I have a 2000 C5 and I'll put in a horn fuse, honked the horn yesterday and today no honk, fuse is blown, Help, Derald
Disconnect the horns, replace the fuse, and try it again. If the fuse blows, you have a short in the wiring. If the fuse remains good, then there is a short in the horn(s) assembly.
Were just having fun. To your orgional issue,,,if you restore the fuse and use the FOB to lock the car (usually beeps the horn if you have it set up that way) or you cause the panic alarm to go off by pressing the panic button, does the horn blow without blowing the fuse??
If the fuse still blows, replace the horn/s with a new one. Common for them to short out. There right up there in the nasty weather conditions.

You ain't just whistling DIXIE! The old CORRAL base roads are slick as snake oil when they get wet. You will see car just spin out for no reason at all.
Much of the main road Guam 1 are now asphalt but the secondary roads are corral and full of pot holes!
