Cam Install Question
For a 97 LS1:
1. Do you need to pull the cam sensor before removing the cam? If so, does it just pop out of the block after removal of the mounting bolt?
2. I'm installing an LS2 timing set. The cam sprocket has a raised area on the outside face (for the LS2 cam sensor?). This raised area is not an issue for my LS1 application, right?
