Magnesium wheel paint code... Needs help please....
Got paint code from earlier post WA-EQ163D for magnesium wheel. Still can't find paint :confused: Who makes it?...HELP... :cry

Bronze paint for Magnesium Sport Custom Wheels - Option code N73 - Paint code WA-EQ163D or GM paint code WAQ-163D or on touchup bottle from GM Goodwrench it is simply WA 163D.
You can get it in the touch-up bottles or in the spray cans from Bob in parts at Fitchner Chevrolet - (406) 628-4618.
However, as one who has been down this road the wrong way before getting it right, let me advise you to take the car and the paint code to a good body shop that has a reputation for good paint work (ie., NOT a dealer in most places). The only way to get these wheels looking good after you scuff them (and you will!) is to get the imperfections sanded and shot with color and clear with the wheel off of the car. You will be pleasantly suprised at how quick, easy, and inexpensive this is.
