I've been through this myself. One Vararam airbridge fits the smaller 75mm MAF and the other (2001 and newer) fits the 85mm MAF.
If you have the 97-00 airbridge, it won't fit the larger 01-04 MAF.
You pretty much have to choose the correct Vararam airbridge based on the MAF you're running.
