Here's a question for everyone in this thread from Maryland/DC/Virginia... where did you go for the install of your exhaust? I saw one posting say "Tony's Corvette" but beyond that.. who do you recommend?
I installed my Corsa system, so I can't make any recommendations based on experience. However, I've also heard good things about Tony's Corvette Shop and Sport Chevrolet, but I would expect a dealer to charge more for the installation. Any competent muffler shop should be able to do it in an hour or less. Make sure whoever does the install lifts your car properly. Good luck!

For those of you who installed them yourself...where you able to do this with ramps and jackstands? I was wondering if you can get the back of the car high enough to get the 1 piece stock muffler/pipe over the rear axle?
You'll need a good floor jack to get the rear of the car high enough to get the stock exhaust off in one piece (each side). I started by backing the car up on a set of Rhino ramps, so I could loosen all the necessary bolts before jacking it up. You have to disconnect the rear anti-sway bar and rotate it down to get it out of the way. You really have to get the rear of the car high, so you can maneuver the stock exhaust down to get it over the axles and off the car. It ain't fun but it can be done. The easy part is installing the Corsa system since the over the axle pipes are seperate from the mufflers.
If you try it, make sure you use axle stands, and be careful. You won't believe how high you have to get the rear of the car. Good luck!
If you're not going to do A head/cam job, choose the Indy's HANDS-DOWN!!!
Unless you want to pay $800 for a practically stock-sounding system, you'd be a fool to count on the Tourings to do anything noticeable on a basically stock LS1.
The Indy's are LITERALLY invisible at cruising speeds (low RPM)[No BS--quiet as stock!!], but sounds like a sexy American V-8 should at wide open throttle (@ higher RPM)!!!
Don't waste your money on the Touring if you want an aftermarket sound--you'll regret it if you do, especially the first time you hear a set of Indy's blow by you;):D
Any of you guys get black instead of chrome and are you happy with it? I heard folks say that darker colored cars would look better with black, but now I'm not sure...
