I´m wondering my motor is starting to make an strange tick, like it was a tick in one rocker arm
first i thought it was loose rocker arm, it was not,
then i thought it was maby damaged pushrod, it was not.
then i thought it was slammin up to the valve gasket it was not
so i´m wondering what can this be, my car is whith 215cc trick flow (first edition) and high lift cam,
one thing i notest the oil was very thin, and not good looking... though it is not long sincei changed... it. my car is very rich of fuel....
are tere any suggestion what could be wrong ?

sometimes they will make a ticking noise if there is a leak between the head and the header flange.
no this is something more aggresive it´s very bad tick like a tiny little hammer inside the motor (or up on the heads), but it´s running smooth, all cyl are runnig right...
this is just the same noise if te roller rocker would be loose, if you can imagen that
I had a similiar tick, but more a squeeking noise, after a high rev. Checked everything and nothing. Pulled the heads off and it was a bent valve. I hope its something else but if everything checked out I would say its a bent valve. Good Luck
Did you pull all the rockers off and inspect to see if you are losing needle bearings?
i took all rockers off, and i saw nothing wrong, but what do you mean ? how can i see if i´m loosing bearings? don´t understand what that means? how that looks?
I agree,do a compression check to see if there is indeed a bent valve.
if i have bent a valve , would it runn still so smooth? it´s runnig like it was no change on the engine runns on all 8, nothing strange about that.
Could it still be a bent valve??

Yes, just a slight bend can casue a the nois your hearing. The valves are ment to be straight as they move up and down. Any bend will cause them to not close or open all the way like they should. I would do a compression chack on each cylinder. The pressures wont be dead on the same, but they should be within point of eachother.
EX.
#2cyl 190
#3cyl 205
#1cyl 185
They wont be dead on but within a certain range of eachother. Im also not sure what the pressure should be.

i´m gona have somebody help me check the compression... don´t know how.....
would it runn smoothlie like it does now. if that had happened or? how was your car , did it work on all 8,
yea it would still run smooth. i dont know of a better way to check a lifter witohut taking the car apart but i was told to take the valve covers off and turn the motor over so the lifter compresses the spring. if the spring moves back up the lifter is bad.
the speed of the tick should hint if its top or bottom end.
start with a compression test and go from there. i believe all should be witin 10% of each other. for example, i just did a compression test on my ticking motor and they all came back between 200-210. my noise, which sounded like a small hammer in the motor turned out to be a bottom end issue.

how is your oil pressure?
it´s normal i think: , 250+ kpa when i start it cold now, but went down to 158 kpa when it was hot, (or soon after it happened)
how can i get to the lifters?, what do i have to take appart.... or how much... not the motor out of the car.?
And one thing, when i took out all the r.r. arms and looked at te pushrods, i used the pushrod too push down on to the lifters too see if the whent back or where loose at any way, but didn´t feel any thing strange at all.
