I have 2004 C-5 ( MY first ) and loving it !!!! The day before yesterday , I installed a new throttle body that I bought from a good friend of mine. Its a Mark Shaner Modified. The reason I brought it was to blow the doors off another friend of mine. He has a 2009 Challenger 375 HP. Any way I'm having problems with the codes and it runs bad. It worked great on my friends car . The codes are P1516, P0120, and P0121. Of course I had to transfer the I believe its called the throttle actuator control over to the new body. Its on the drivers side. Does that thing needed to be timed or something ?

No P0121 listed for a 2004.

Sounds like something when wrong with the transfer of the motor over to the new throttle body. Verify the operation by observing the throttle plate, or take it apart and inspect.

By the way....a ported throttle body will not help you "blow the doors off" anyone.
