How was the city driving (slow speed). What would the hp difference be between the ms3 and 4.

i DD drove my vette with a ms4 only and had no probs driving it in traffic/city - after one day of driving it you get used to it. there was a lil cam surge under 1700rpms, which is a easy fix with 3.90/4.10

the quality of the tune will determine how driveable the cam is. TSP tuned my MS4 and it runs great.

I have the MS3, but mine is also a 402 block. Makes about 465 rwhp but also 454 rwtq. Drives fine in traffic considering Spec 3+ clutch also.

I daily drove both for roughly 3years total, I didn't have any problems. It's all in the tune. couldn't really tell you the difference b/c one was in my '68 and the other in the Z.

I called tsp and they said there's only a 6hp difference in the 3 and 4. They also said the ms3 drives much better on the street and I should consider a torquer cam. I think the ms3 is the way im going to go. Im going to drive my car on the street for the most part and i dont think 6hp is worth fighting in a difficult cam on the street.
