Pro 5.0 Shifter
What does anyone know about this company. I just received an e-mail from them that all testing is complete and they are going into production. First units available near the end of the month. Has anyone used their shifter in other cars and if so, can you compare quality, ect. with others?
Reports coming in on the Hurst look good and I was about to buy one until I heard this news, now I am undecided again.

I have a Pro 5.0 in my 2000 Camaro SS. It has a short throw, very precise and not too heavily sprung. I like it alot better than the factory Hurst. I cut 3/4" off the top and it feels great.

I used a Pro 5.0 in a '98 Camaro track car. It's a very good unit. Rumor is that Hurst approached them to make the F-body shifter to Hurst specs, but these guys refused beacuse the design was junk.

I had a Pro 5.0 in my 98 Z28, and it was a good unit.
But I would not pass up this deal if I needed a better shifter.
