Anyone have a diagram of what it looks like before I dive into it?
Examine the steel drive cables. They could be frayed and hanging up on the pulleys or frame.
If the motor still works, you can get everything else repaired for $100 at www.RegulatorUSA.com.

All 4 corners of this cable structure has bolts to remove it except the bottom right.
How do you get this part out?

You can remove the lower nut by removing a rubber access plug in the bottom of the door. Actually, there is an access plug at the front and at the rear of the door along the bottom.
To replace the cable yourself, you would also need a way to re-attach the cable stops on each end of the cable.
I would either buy a used regulator assembly with a good drive cable and transfer the motor, or have the whole assembly repaired.
You can get one repaired by sending to regulatorsusa.com for $100. http://www.regulatorusa.com/product_...41&product=122

Mark the location of the glass by putting tape along the bottom of the glass and the outside weatherstrip. It will make it easier to put the glass back in the same position later.
You have to remove the glass from the whole assembly by loosening the clamps that hold the glass. There are access holes behind the door panel.
Once you have all the bolts out of the regulator assembly, including the ones that mount the motor, the whole assembly can be removed from the door through the large access hole toward the rear of the door.
The plastic panel is just held in place with water proof adhesive.
