Not sure what your looking at, but the black is an intake manifold, upper red is the fuel rail, and the lower red rocker covers. Why are you asking?

and they are for looks pretty much. they are made by FAST

Actually, the one pictured looks like the "Professional Products" style. They make the "Typhoon" intake manifold too.
