Does anyone know if it is necessary to remove the wheels if you have a Kwik-Lift to drive up on?

To answer your question, I don't think the nuts should be all that difficult to turn. That doesn't sound right.
I'm glad everything worked out!

it's easier but not entirely needed depending on your tools

I use Antisieze on my sway bar bushings..... it`s impervious to heat and water, to this day I have yet to have to re-grease the bushings...
If you don`t believe me....get some on your hands and try and was it off!

I did Z06 Springs with my Z51 bars, so that made the bars seem like a breeze. It was also 1 million degrees in my garage last summer when I did it. I had to drink water for 3 days straight before I could taste salt.

Just did a 500 mile trip with a decent section of twisties. Less body roll in the corners. So far not a huge difference, but better.

But I did begin to notice a bit of "clunking" from the rear bar after this trip.......searching it seems that loose end link nuts are what everyone sways.
I will try to torque them down to 53ft.
