Default Stability Control messing up

Hi, I have a 2004 corvette A4 with just an intake. Ever since we bought the thing about 6-7 months ago, every once in a while the stability management will mess up and turn off while driving normal. Sometimes the car will kinda jerk to the left a foot or two. When it does this it will also turn off cruise control. The check gauges will appear on the HUD and the service stability management will show up. I can turn off the car, or reset the code and it will be gone for sometimes a few weeks.
lately it does it more and more.
Help!!!!

Pull the codes (through the DIC). I would first clear all the codes and see which ones come back.

Post your findings (codes) here in "C5 Tech" for additional help.

ok I had some tcs codes and wrote them down before I cleared them. They didnt come back when I cleared them, but the postit i wrote them on flew out the window.
here are the remaining codes.
-SCM-
B2177 H C
B2860 H C
-HVAC-
B0333
B0361
B0441
I dont think these are causing the stability management to activate on its own for no reason, But Im no expert.
BTW it did it again while test driving the car. But no codes. Just said active stability, or something like that for a second on the screen. When it does this I think it makes the car brake on the front left tire because the cruise cuts off, and the car will yaw to the left.

Second one would seem to be the cause of your active handling kicking in.

You either have a bad Steering Wheel Position Sensor (SWAPS), a bad YAW sensor or the EBTCM is failing and giving out bad commands.
