Need help gaining 3/10th's

All right guys i have a 98 c5 vert. Mod/ tpis headers/crappy homemade x pipe/hooker catback/ vararam intake/ 3:90 gear/ 3200ss yank that will only stall about 1800. and my best time is 12.35 need to go 11.9x. what will it take. I thank the x pipe is choking the car out on the big end. help me out.

I have (et streets) hooking up .

There are many kits available right now in the forsale section.

Cheap and quick and easy. and since you dont need too big of a shot to reach your goals, you wont have to worry about blowing up your engine.
