That stock hood liner /insulator just looks heavy. Check this out:

I didn t see anything on there about weight of the hoodliner.......I may have missed it but i read it over twice.

I wonder what s the worst case scenario if we took our hood insulator off? Mine s not perfect looking. I ve also seen others with their hoods up with no hood insulator on it.

not much. the leaf springs are not that heavy.

most coil overs are not quite bolt on and go. They do take a little ride height adjustments and new alignment to get them right

Yeah, I believe PFADT states you save like 4lbs per side or something. Nothing major. Those c/overs are the best investment I've made in the car though, I LOVE them!
