Headers and emissions????

Headers and emissions????
OK, I have narrowed my choices down to the LG LT streets (not sure where to buy quite yet) and they offer a Hi-Flow cat. If I get the cats does this mean they will allow me to pass Washington emissions testing? My wife took her 2000 coupe to get inspected and all they did was hook up to the connector under the dash. I want headers but don't necessarily want to swap them out to pass emissions. Any input?

If they just connect the testing equipment to the OBD II ALDL connection,,,,as long as the header system dosent cause any emmision DTCs,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,YOUR GOLDEN!

I do it in NY. The only gotcha would be if they did a visual and noticed that the headers were there. Technically, they are a violation but most places in NY don't want to be bothered or even notice the headers.
