No power to windshield mirror
I recently purchased a 2002 corvette convertible with only 9k. Totally enjoy the car but the electrochromatic mirror and visor lights do not work. I've checked all the fuses and am unable to find anything related to the mirror. The courtesy lights under the dash work properly, but not on the mirror. The previous owner said he never drove at night and never noticed the problem. Anyone have an idea what to look for?

Take a look in the door hinge area. You'll see a rubber gaiter. All the electrics for the door route through there but its known to cause problems. Pull it back and disconnect the connector. Clean it up and reseat it and see if that fixes it. Also take a look at the wiring. Chafing in that area is common but that would tend to blow a fuse.
