The air flow through the system will be restricted by the smallest component. So the stock TB will restrict the overall flow. Moving to a 90mm TB , air bridge and 85mm MAF would make the MAF the restriction point.

Not enough to feel it like the shot of Nitrous you have there 
But if you do do it, like any other performance MOD you've done this one is also not a quick plug-n-play, it will need to be re-tuned for the VE Tables and MAF Tables - Your tuner will be able to handle this w/no problem.
This is where you will "FEEL" the most out of your new MAF, once the tuner has tuned for it
it will make a diff especially since you are mostly NA well until the shot
