Default Low/variable Idle on 2000 FRC

Hey all.....
Im a newbie, but Ive been lurking for awhile. Ive tried to find posts with similar issues with no luck. So here goes.

After playing Captain Obvious, looking for loose/unplugged items and coming up empty Im here to ask what could be causing my idle to drop to 500rpm then back up to the normal 850rmp(if thats normal)? The issue is masked somewhat when the a/c is on because idle goes up when its on. But, if the a/c is on and I rev it up to 2500rpm, it drops down to 500rpm or so, is really rough and sometimes dies. I never have an issue restarting it, its just the idle.
I just replaced the plugs and it made no difference. Old plugs looked normal.

My DIC codes are as follows:
28-TCS C1255H (EBTCM Internal Malfunction)

AO-LDCM B2284H (Battery#2 Fault)

BO-RFA U1064H, U1096H, U1016H, C2120H (Wheel Sensors)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Inspect for loose connections in the air intake. Also check for vacuum leaks, cracked hoses, etc.

Im looking, but not finding anything........ I did repair/replace broken vacuum lines under the battery that fixed my hvac issue, but not the idle.
I have also have a missing 2 pin connector that can be seen best when looking in between the hood and front bumper with the hood open on the passenger side of the car. It is about a foot inside of the passenger headlight. The female end is secured to the car but the male end is nowhere to be found....... What is it?
