Default TPMS reading high
Hi guys. I believe I know the answer, however, I want to get other opinions. I have a high TMPS reading on my right rear tire (98 model). It reads anywhere from 47-52 psi, while actually having only 30. Is this indicative of a bad battery/sensor? I have reset all 4 sensors a couple of times, but that one tire still reads high. To my knowledge, none of the sensors have been replaced. Any thoughts?

I've never heard of them reading high when the battry is weak. Normally the reading is XXX when the battery goes.

I have never heard of that either but it could be the battery, I sent you a pm.
