Passenger Side Mirror not working?

Passenger Side Mirror not working?
Tried to adjust the mirrors today, drivers side worked fine. Went to click over to the passenger side mirror got nothing? Should I start looking at fuses? Or did the motor burn out? Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks

Check out fuses 30 and 31 on the footwell panel. If they are good I'd pull the rubber gaiter in the door hinge. Check for nicks or chafing and clean and reseat the connector. If the fuse has blown thats also a good place to look as it may have shorted out.

I was able to check the fuses #30 & #31. Both checked ok, none were blow. I then removed the rubber gaiter to check the connectors. All the wires looked fine, pulled apart the connectors and reconnected. Nothing... Any other suggestions?
