Default Magnaflow or Corsa X pipe

hey looking to get a x pipe today I have 2 options now and both are used and almost same price,

I have a corsa catback, which is the better of the 2 for a x pipe in terms of power and sound?

I had a Magnaflow x on my cobra and loved the sound. Magnaflow looks more like a true x pipe where corsa just seems to weld 2 pieces of tubes together not a real cross over..

anyone

Other way around. The Magnaflow is a true X pipe and the Corsa is just a mated pipe.

Can someone explain the difference in a "true" X pipe to something labeled as "not true" X pipe?

I would get the X-Pipe that is designed for my catback. You have a Corsa catback, I'd get a Corsa X-Pipe.

I have the magnaflow too and love it, they are cheaper on ebay but I wanted a warranty(salt in winter kills an exhaust) so I got it here. magnaflow 17905, or you can try one of the vendors

just becuase magnaflow calls it a true x pipe does not make it one, a stamped x pipe (like magnaflow) is not a true x pipe.

the corsa isnt stamped and is similar to a burns stainless x pipe which is a true x pipe

I mean, both are "X" pipes.

Yes, one is stamped mass production style: See below.

Corsa "X"-pipe, 2 pipes connected with a section taking out. A little different.

Depending on your set up, it's almost Tomato Tomato...

You will be happy with either one.

Let me know if you have any questions.
