MSD or Delco wires?
Like the title says. Any benefits such as longevity and build quality? I know that there are just wires
There about the same price if I get the MSD wires from Summit and the Delco's from Gene Culley. I can get free shipping with Summit right now.
What would you guys do? I'm also open to other brands if there is something out there that exceeds Delco or MSD quality.
Thanks in advance

Also, I did a few searches and didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I'm not trying to beat a dead horse.
I'm sure if I had more time I could go through all of the threads about wires and get a better idea what I should get.

Get about a dozen of them. Then measure the resistance and pick the best 8

Were can you buy them by the dozen? These aren't doughnuts
I'm probably better off making my own set.

The GMPP wires are the standard on most cars. They are OE quality and they perform just fine. I think I got mine for $58, you cant beat that. Unless the MSD's have some great bling factor, Id stick with the Delcos.

Read many negative posts about MSD's quality issues with their wires and coils. I don't think I've seen a single complaint on the GM performance wires.

Also did the same thing. My tuner found that 3 of the MSD's I had were bad while tuning the car.

I've run several sets of GMPP wires without any problems and now I'm running a set of MSD because they were supposed to have less resistance. The MSDs have been just fine so far. I really can't see much difference between the two.

I've had the MSDs for about two years with no problems. Alot of the negative comments are from guys that haven't ever had the MSDs, but just repeat the stories from LS1.com. I only paid about$55 for the wires, and at the time the guys at Speed, Inc. highly recommended them.
