Well I got rid of my 84 and my problems today. Now I'm looking for a new one 85-up with TPI. Which year is the best to look for and which options. I don't want to make the same mistake twice. Thanks for the help.

heck out a C5 before you LOCK ON to another C4. 
been there and INSTANTLY CONVERTED! C5 FOR LIFE!
Oh,,,,,,,,,,I also own C6 and YEP,,,I perfer my 02 ZO6 over the C6.
