Default Will these fit?

After a lot of searching I'm wondering if Nitto 555rII tires in 275/40/17 305/35/18 will fit on the stock C5 Z06 wheels. They are 17x9.5 and 18x10.5. The stagger matches the original perfectly for ABS and TC, and the tires should fit the fenders close, but be ok. I know I should probably go with 10in and 11in wheels, but cant find a wheel tire match without trying to get something custom made. I think the Nittos will give much better grip and 0-60 acceleration than the stock Supercars. I think the fronts are fine and the guide lists 10-(11)-12 for the backs. Anyone have these?

That setup (275/40's on the front and 305/35's on the back) is what we run with hoosiers for autocross, it works fine....

Only thing is that if they are sticky they will throw small rocks up and sandblast the fender edges since they stick out a bit. Put some 3M stuff on there to protect the paint and you are good to go.
