Default Headsup Display

My Headsup display has dropped and won't rise when switch is engaged. What might I be looking at to have it repaired? Thanks larry..

I agree. Someone just recently posted a picture of a side plastic cylindrical piece that broke off. Its probably the same with yours. You'll need to pull the dash pad out which isn't as bad as it sounds to get to the HUD.

Default Headsup Display 2004

Headsup display will not stayed locked in. I can set options on fuel display, then after the car is turned off and restarted, the "oil" image will display in it's place. Any solutions? Thanks

Its worth starting your own thread for a new problem

My guess if your presets are beginning to reset to default is to check your battery. Low battery level is normally the problem.

Yeah, you just tacked on a new problem to an over two year old thread with a different problem. Hit new thread when you want to start your own.

But DeeGee is right, your battery is dropping too low when cranking to hold the memory.
