Many people have done it. Just make sure the rear tire is slightly taller than the front.

If you dont run taller tires in the rear, the EBTCM will have serious issues!

My fronts are a tad bigger so I have to turn the TC off all the time, sure makes the backs wear out a lot faster....

Lots of guys run 18s all around with no problems.

the 17-18 of the C5 and the 18-19 of the C6 are for cosmetics only.

I think Bill is correct, unless you have a 98 or 99 and or you just dont go hard enough through corners. J/K

Personally I think our cars are much more neutral handling with identical tires on all four corners,

When I used GY G19s at 18x11.5x25.5 my car cornered far better then ever. But since those tires were about a 45 compound, they only lasted a few weekends.

Yes I had to turn AH/TC off to do high speed corners.

Now I run 18x305/30 and 18x335/30

I've thought about running 295 on the front, by chance would you have photo looking down from top of the fender at the tire?

My CCW's are 10 wide in the front, Toyo offers a 295 size for my 19" rims. That would save me from replacing my current rims.

If you have Active Handling, thats when the problem can crop up. The active handling system is more sensitive to tire sizes than the non AH system.

I have CCW Classics 18x10 front and 18x11 rear. I run 265/35-18 and 295/35-18 tires. The 265's are the same diameter as the stock 17" fronts and the 295's are the stock rear size on my Z. Everything fits perfectly and looks good, too. After many thousands of miles I've had absolutely no issues at all. The tires sit right at the edge of the wheel wells and give a very tough look the way they fit even with my car being lowered.

I run CCW Big Street Classics 10.5x18 front and 11.5x18 rear with 275x35 and 315x30 PS2's with no tubbing and they are flush to the rear quarter panel.
