CD changers
My CD player has quit working in my 2000c5. The radio works the CD player cuts out mid song and ejects the CD. If I buy a compatible CD changer, will it work even though the factory CD player will not?

The CD player is having a reading issue. Could be a dirty laser lense.
There are afew options. Try to clean or have yiurs cleaned. Get another OEM unit off the parts for sale section. Find a compatable aftermarket CD changer.
Most people adapt in an I Pod which is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better and more flexable.
