Default greasing poly bushings

I'm considering replacing the rubber bushings with polys, but from what I read here, noise can be an issue. Zerk grease fittings have been recommended. Can they be used on VBP or Phadt? Has anyone done this themselves? What is involved?

If you mean sway bars, I found plumbers Teflon tape to work best. No mess and they stay quiet.

I used lithium grease . One application is all that's needed .
Zerks not needed IMO.

^^The zerk fittings can be used on either the VBP or Pfadt bushings. Just got done greasing some this past weekend.
If you want a lot more info send a pm to my brother (AJG1915). He can give you all the info you need.
