Turn signal "switch" out

I just got my new turn signal switch for my 99, I have never done this if anyone has any tips or instructions I would appritiate it and does it require any special tools?

This is a great write up. I tried the "repair" first, which didn't work so I had to go back and put in a new one (bought it new from the auction site VERY cheap) and it literally took me about 30 min to do it the second time
