Default Help w/ Removing Intake Plenum

Just a couple of questions as I am trying to remove the intake plenum from my 2000 LS1 to allow for the relocation of the oil pressure sending unit:

1) I have everything loose that I can visually see. However, it seems something might be attached to the rear of the manifold....something that I cannot see. Is there a tube or a hose that must be removed?

2) What's up the the last 2 bolts (8mm wrench size) at the rear of the manifold? I need to remember to place those 2 in the plenum before I place it back onto the engine.

3) What is the correct torque to apply to those plenum bolts?

Thanks in advance...

The MAP sensor and the vacuum supply line is connected to the back of the manifold. These will need to be disconnected. and yes remember to put the rear two bolts in the manifold before you return it to the engine.

Are those on the passenger side or driver's side? It's hard to see anything back near the firewall.

Thanks!

You need to disconnect the brake booster hose from the booster, a small vacuum line, and the map sensor. They all all close to the center of the manifold in the back. I normally get to then from the passenger side.I leave the brake booster hose connected to the intake.

OK, got it! I need to lift and pull the plenum away from the firewall to get to those.

Thanks to both of you for your help.
