Has anyone ever used these or any other tailpipe expanders?

I have, but without an impact their almost impossible to use.

They do work with the inpact though.

they work on cheap steel but are pretty much useless on stainless

Best bet is go to a muffler shop and let them use their hydrolic pipe expander.

I've never had any real luck w/ the tools at home. It's much easier to do with hydraulics.

Bingo. Even on carbon, results may vary. You need hydraulics...

They dont work with air power either: save your money and get a muffler shop to do it.
If I didn't throw mine away you can have it.
