Could be a couple of things fron no sealant around the blow out clip to having to move the window up and forward a little and maybe move the angle in also, they can some time get to be a little tricky to get adjusted just right but I would guess that would be the first aproach I would take.
I know this sounds too obvious, but take the top off, and have someone help you put it back on so they can watch what happens to the molding when you put it on. I had wind noise at the back once, and found that when I had last put the top on, I turned the end of the molding under and it did not seal right.
You might find your solution in Ken Fichtner's section of this forum.

service bulletin #01-08-58-001...subject: Wind noise Around B-Pillar
Good luck,
Mine also has an annoying noise at the top of the A-pillar (top/front of driver's side window). It does not sound like a leak, instead sounds like the weatherstripping is catching the airflow outside. We did a leak test and there is no leak there. I'm tempted to try taping over the parts of the stripping that stick up, to see if that helps.
Anyone else with this symptom?
Also, if I spray-wash the car, the weatherstripping on the driver's side of the targa (where the side window seals against the targa) gets water inside the rubber and sprays water on my face when I close the door, for the next few days. Funny thing is, no water actually leaks into the car during the actual wash. Any fix for that?
I've noticed that too with my 2002 Coupe. Faint wind noise, but there is no air leak. I think something on the outside is causing air turbulence... enough to make noise that can be heard on the inside.
