Dont want to mess up anything.
If the battery is already disconnected, there is nothing to reset, and Bill has already posted the idle relearn in this thread.

The TAC Module is a PLUG and PLAY module. When you are ready to reconnect the connectors, remove the rubber three ribbed seal on each connector and clean the plug and seal. Make sure that the " Rubber Seal" is lubed with Silicone Dielectric Grease.

If she doesnt fire off and idle correctly, you can either give it a little time to relearn the idle OR carry out the relearn procedure. Either way is fine.

Just dont let your buddy near it!

So my friend an I got a deal on TAC module for $40 dollars from a guy who had one laying around which cost roughly $360 plus a one week wait. We then connected TAC module .... and started the corvette up which everything worked fine. So for future refrence dont exchange electronic parts unless u have and extra on hand. Thanks for Bill an other memebers

Glad to see that the only problem with your car was swapping out the module to see if your friends was bad...........
