Ok. So you have a P0200 for injector circuit, and a misfire code for #3 cylinder. So it sounds like you have an injector/wiring issue causing a misfire in #3 cylinder. Not sure why you think plugs/wire will solve your problem.
If I replace one injector... do I have to do them all?
How do I go about replacing one?
Yes you can just replace one, but I suggest troubleshooting first. Examine the wiring to the injector/harness. Listen with a stethoscope to see if it's firing. Use a DMM to check for 12 volts, etc. I can send you a procedure to change an injector, but since you're asking.....are you up to the task?

I would be up for it. Would do it at a friends house. He has a lift and all the tools I'm sure. Just need to know the procedure, and I'm sure a little help from a friend.

You can get a noid light to test the wiring, you unplug the injector in question, plug the light in and fire it up, should pulse the light. Test the resistance of the injector vs. the others-I seem to recall GM injectors are in the 11-14 ohm range. If it checks out, it may be gummed up/partially clogged inside which will take cleaning to fix.
I have a cheapy injector pulser I bought off fleabay, I hook it up, pressurize the fuel rail by turning the key on then off (with a guage on the schrader valve) and pulse the injector to see if it opens and closes.

Thank you for the diagram. Doesn't sound too hard? So just to clarify. I'm going to be looking at the second cyclinder from the front on the driver side?
