When you say it does not start, do you mean it cranks over but fails to fire or it does not crank over. If it does not crank over and you stated that you checked wiring/battery connections it might indicate that your starter may need replacing, hope this helps.

You need at least 12.5 vdc across the battery for the computers to work. The starter may turn over with less, but its not going to run. Something drained that new battery so you'll need to charge it up, find the source of the drain (check the seat switches) and so on.
