Default Quick help, won't start

NOTE: Turned out to be a faulty wire on a relay......ugh, stupid little things cost the most trouble

Car won't get started and I NEED it running for an event this weekend. Was working on the NOS system, nothing electrical, removed the battery, put it back in and it didn't start. Never a starting issue before. It makes a click from the passenger footwell. It's definately not coming from anywhere in the engine compartment.

-Fuel pressure is good/ pump running
-no security lights on, everything works inside the car
-Checked the one starter fuse in the cabin and it looked ok.
-Cleaned key contacts....
-Cleaned connections to battery
-Jumped starter from batt. and the starter worked. Had my wife turn the ingnition on while I jumped the starter and after cranking about 12 turns it weakend a little, no start. But would/should it have started anway? I didn't think it would, no idea why why though

-B2482H
-U1096H (came several times)
-U1064H (came up several times)
-U1016H
-C2100H
-C2110H

Any ideas would be great, I've been working on this thing for about 5 hours and just don't seem to be getting anywhere

So what have you determined in the last 5 hours? Pulled a plug? Getting fuel in the cylinders? Do you have spark? If there is a vats issue, the PCM will disable the injectors.

unfortunately I haven't determined a darn thing other than what I've eliminated via the above that I've done. I'm deferring to forum help....I'm flat out stuck......

are you suggesting I Jump the starter (with ign on) while holding the plug to the block to see if there is spark, would there even be spark under that circumstance?

Also, no idea if the injectors are working at this moment. But on that one too......jump the starter (with ign on) while chekcing voltage at them?
