head light droop
fellas i couldnt find an answer int searching so heres my issure.i removed the head light motor olny to find the past owner installed a brass gear. oh driverside headlight . it works perfect but it droops when its closed and i can move it up and down once its closed. did a clip fall out or something. anyone have this problem

How did the rubber bushing look on top of the brass gear?

Take a look at the bump stops that are item #4 in this post and make sure they look Ok.

Also, make sure the arm comes around and solidly hits the bump stops. Check that the arm would hit the steel tab if the bump stop was not installed. You can put the washers on the bolts if it doesn't.
