Anyone have the specs for an stock LS1 cam to enter on my Desktop dyno program? Need all the figures, open close figures..Off the cam cards
Or any other cams for that matter.......
Well, the 2000 was the only LS1 cam with .500 lift. Those before and after were in the .475 range. There are several iterations of the stock cam thru the years, with very minor variations in duration. I have seen them all posted here; do a search, you should turn it up.
hmmmm I have a 2000 so since it is supposed to be the biggest cam does my car really make more power stock for stock against other year cars???I do know the 01-04 have the Ls6 intake right
I copied this from an old post here on the forum. NOTE: FOR WHATEVER REASON THE FIRST NUMBERS FOR LIFT AND FOR DURATION ARE THE EXHAUST SPEC, THE SECOND NUMBER IS THE INTAKE SPEC.

*The model year 2000 camshaft was given more lift and duration to compensate for the inclusion of pre/pup cats on California and north eastern United States sold Corvettes to comply with emissions requirements. All '00 LS1s got the larger camshafts, but only those sold for delivery in California or north eastern USA got the hp robbing pre/pup cats installed.

Thanks for the replies guys, BUT I need the info that would be on the cam card like Isky, crane. This tells you when the intake opens/closes, exhaust opens/closes ATDC/BTDC...etc
If anyone has these figures for the GM LS1 cam I' appreciate it. Otherwise the program "guesses" whne you enter the lift/duration and the readout is affected...
