Default Squeaking after suspension upgrades....

So I have a F45 C5.... and had the electronic shocks removed and replaced with some Blistein shocks instead.... and the right rear one squeaks a lot over every bump.... Also we upgraded the sway bar to a C6 Z51 and same thing, the sway bar squeaks too, when you press the car down by the hatch. Both the shocks and sway bar were previously used.

So my question is..... Is this because of the bushings being used? Do they just need to be lubed?

Should I get these bushings instead?

Any other suggestions???

Thanks,
Yosef

Let see, maybe $10 to lube sway bar bushings, or close to $400 in parts and more than that in labor to replace..... Yep, it would be hard to choose.

BTW don't believe eveything a after-market supplier will claim about their products.

Were all of the suspension nuts and bolts tightened and torqued with the suspension loaded (weight of car on wheels and suspension compressed)?

Don't know about the shocks but the sway bar needs lubing. Just undo the brackets holding it to the crossmember, slide the bushings (insulators) sideways a bit and lube away. I used teflon tape instead of lube and no squeaks whatsoever.
