Coil pack going bad?
Usually the motor fires right away, past two days it now takes a second to two seconds for it to fire?
I'll pull codes tomorrow but was just curious if it might be a coil.

Turn the ignition to the on position, let the pump prime, and check for bleed down.

VERY highly unlikely that a coil is going bad.
If it were, you would see a MISFIRE rather than a long start.
Ive owned two C5's and a C6 and worked on 100+ C5's and have never seen one coil pack or coil go bad. Thats not to say that they dont or cant go bad but, its not a common problem for C5 coil packs to fail.
