Default Try this.

This worked for me. Thought you might want to try this before tearing off the door panel. Hope it helps.

Yes you can try both of these and i hope it works i ended up having to pay to have new regulator installed but both of above options are worth a try for sure.

Garaged 99 convert. passenger door problems. Check all fuses in the fuse panel and all are ok. I pulled the panels and swapped modules but the problem stayed with the door - door lock and window are inoperable. The module worked the driver side door. Called a C5 Vette Tech at Vette Doctors in NY. He said to depress the window button while working the door back forth as there could be a schafed wire in the boot near the hinge. Gave this some thought and the wires were really well protected and looked almost new. I will go back again and look. Something tells me that it could be a ground issue. Any ideas or experience?

thx, s

Problem found...Yay! Power to the door came back on after grabbing the rubber boot protecting the wiring harness between the door and car body and giving it some gentle tugs back and forth. Window and door lock works.
