Going to do short and simple. may sound like little po'd here is why.major work done on 04 zo6 8000 miles ,Heads, cam, intake, tb, exhaust on an on, now emissions run car thru hit all numbers less then 40% of max but not Nox 2.6 pass mine hit 4.0 which i was told slight adjustment ok Now mech and builder same person tells me high flow cats must not be working ok why ? well " cats don't last 6 months" huh only have 80 miles on them ,well that doesn't matter even setting not used they quit working. so guess they have expiration date huh? no comment. then why use them no comment. Sorry if sound like jerk just really frustrated this has been an 8 month fight just too get someone to even look now its been in shop going on 4 weeks. Would really welcome any thoughts. As usual should of come here first.

I run hi-flow cats and have never failed emissions. No sniffer test here. When the inspector asked if there were any codes I told him "None that you'll ever see".
Have your tuner setup the PCM to pass the emissions inspection unless they use a sniffer. He should know how to do that.
