calipers...pull harder or get some more leverage. those bolts can handle it, just don't round it off and make sure you have the right size weapon
Yea I Plan on getting some PB but the 10 mm nut is way tooo small.

And with the calipers I only have a 3/8 drive socket that fits so I cant get but so much leverage. Im thinking I may break out the torch and see if that helps when I have more time to mess with it.

And the Demon key is the lock key that is in the shifter **** that keeps it from unscrewing. I just cant seem to pry it loose.

It's not too small, get a straw and soak that thing.

Get a cheater bar and a good 10 mm wrench or a throw away..

You can get a 3/8's up to half inch adapter and then go at it...it really should not be that tight so if it is, torque it back to spec. or if you're tough(jk) just smack the heck out of the wrench/ratchet...one good whack with the palm of your hand in kind of a half fist..will break that thing loose...it hurts if you get it wrong so just use a cheater bar if you're not comfortable. if all else fails, turn the rotor by hand(like your turning the steering wheel) all the way to one side and get an impact gun on there, only to loosen it. do not spray any type of lubricant or anything on your caliper bolts..only brake cleaner

edit: for a cheater bar, I usually take the upper half of my jack handle off and slide it over the wrench/ratchet

I can get the caliper off but not the bracket that holds the caliper. So the bolts are 21 mm or something close to that and its on the rear so I cant turn it, I was just hoping to tighten up my handbreak cause it doesnt hold like I want. But im sure I can get these off because they are big enough to where im not afriad of rounding them off.

I have a small compressor and a decent impact but I dont have the socket that will fit, I guess I should get some though considering my rotors appear to getting worn down quite abit. Its a good thing I checked though cause my outer break pad ha less than a 1/16th of an in left and the inner pad is paper thin, just bought the car a few months ago and checked the fronts but not the backs. A few more weeks of DD and my rotors would have def been shot.

Dont loose the rubber bushings or steel bushing that mounts the rack on the passengers side.

DONT force the aluminum tabs the the bushing mounts in. They break easily if bent.

Some people have to loosen the K member bolts to completly remove the rack. I did NOT on my 02 ZO6.
