2.73 gears??????
i'm pretty sure that i have 2.73's in my '98. it is stock with a A4. i want to go to 3.42's. is there a code on or in my car that will give me the gear info.? thanks.

Check your glove box door. On the inside there should be a sticker with a bunch of codes on it.
G90= 3.15
GU2=2.73
G90= 3.15
GU2=2.73

Check the tag on the gear too be sure, if they were upgraded, it would not be reflected on the sticker in the glove compartment.
