'98 Power Seat Problem
My wife's '98 convertible has a power seat problem. Regardless if the ENTRY/EXIT feature is selected ON or OFF on the DIC, the driver's seat will move fully rearward when the ignition key is turned to the ON position. And this happens most of the time, not all. The car does NOT have the memory option. Anyone have any idea what could be the cause, a faulty seat adjustment module or could it be a bad BCM? Whatever the cause, it is really annoying her, and, "when mama ain't happy, nobody's happy". Thanks in advance for any input.

Quite commom to have power seat issues on 97-98's--- They seem to have a mind of their own----Rather than trying to spend endless $ on trying to diagnose & reslove my seat problems I ended up just putting the seat in a medium setting and unplugging the seat pigtail under the seat--
