Despite what others think, the fog light panel area is lower than the area directly underneath the typical aftermarket filter.

WHich doesn't mean anything if you are smart enough not to drive thru deep water to begin with. This always comes up on these intake threads!!! If we are smart enough not to drive thru deep water, it really isn't an issue and I'd hope that we all are smart enough....
