Accusump Question
What is the recommended protocol for draining and refilling oil in an Accusump-equipped C5? I'm assuming that before draining, I should run a few miles with the Accusump valve open to warm all the oil, but then?

You can drive around a bit to warm up the oil.
Hint, measure how much oil comes out. Not all will drain and that is OK. My engine, accu-sump, oil cooler and oil lines holds 10 1/2 qts. but only 9 qts to 9 1/4 drain out.
When filling back up put in 7 quarts,
start engine and let idle,
add another quart.
add as needed to get to YOUR full level.
