Ok so we have had alot of rain here the past few days so I go to get something out of my car today and there about 4 inches of water in my passenger side floor board and my BCM is making a high pitch noise so I unplug the battery and then remove the BCM and began cleaning up the water. So I let everything dry out good hook everything back up the BCM clicked and everything seemed fine until I put the key in everything started going crazy it started flashing a bunch of error messages and all my lights came on even the back up lights hatch poped open and the horn stuck on so I immediatly unhooked the battery. So I guess now what I'm asking is what are my options?
Oh and I found the reason for all the water the drain to the wiper cowl was cloged and not draining.

I just bought a new BCM for my car, cost was $225 delivered ( I have a 1999 Camaro SS). I had all kinds of weird problems going on with it and it threw a code a long time ago as well. I had water under the passenger side carpet as well. I opened up the bcm and it looks fine, there is no rust or anything like that or obvious corrosion but the cars electrical was not working right at all. Not sure who offers BCM's but I can get you one I think for the same cost I paid if you determine you need one. I know Bill Curlee has some other things for you to look at instead, he's seems pretty sharp with the bcm and symptoms and stuff. Hopefully he will pop in here when he see the thread.
Before you buy a new one,,, (and thats a phenomonal price 99blancoss ) take the curcuit board out and make SURE that theres no moisture or corrosion on the bottom of the circuit board. You should also blow it good with some compressed air as moisture and corrosion can remain under the relays and components.
MAKE SURE that you remove the carpet and let it dry COMPLETLY before you put it back in.
Well I just checked all my fuses and all were fine but I unplugged the BCM then plugged it back in no clicking this time and I can plug the green and center pink plug in but as I plug the big pink one on the end in my alarm and everything starts goin off.

Once you get it out its obvious how it comes apart. 2 black tabs top open it up and the circuit board just slides out. Fixed all my issues right away. You could tell when I plugged in the battery, the draw was what it should have be instead of being to big of an arc like before. The interior lights worked correctly as well and the radio didn't turn on by itself without the key on first...LOL
I can post pics if you need but it really easy to open it up.
