Default balancer bolt torque

I'm changing out my balancer to an SF1 rated balancer from Summit Racing. Diameter is 7.5 and 1/2 lb. heavier than stock. I Want to use an ARP balancer bolt, but need some advice on torque. I know with a stock bolt many guys use a 1/2 inch impact to get the 140 degrees tty. My question is this: If bolt bolts are m16x2.0, can using the impact wrench and using the 140 degee twist work with the Arp bolt? Is there something that would make the final torque be way out of whack?? I'm no engineer, so anyone have a scientific response??? Thank You, Rod

The bolts are not the same, the stock bolt is not reusable, while the ARP is. Based on my last conversation with ARP, their recommendation was the following.....based on lube, loctite, etc.

Harmonic Balancer Bolt torque:

W/moly lube = 196 ft lbs
W/loctite = 235 ft lbs
W/30 weight oil = 247 ft lbs

Just to confirm, mine is at 190 lb-ft with their ARP Moly Lube.
